To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is correct.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact me . We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from savanablvd.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the Courier Service Company directly. Savana Boulevard. DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Shipping is available to Canada U.S. and Africa .
All order are packaged and shipped within 1-3 days. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified by e-mail.
All orders are sent via Canada Post expedited/ DHL. If you require a tracking number, please let me know and I will be happy to provide it.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as you can. In most cases, a refund or exchange can be issued.
Regular priced items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of in-store purchase or 10 days of receiving your online order.
Sale items can be returned for store credit only within these same timelines.
All items must be unworn with all original tags attached or will be refused.
In-store purchases or local pick up: As above, items can be returned to the boutique for refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Online purchases requiring shipping: As above, items being returned for refund or store credit must be received (by me) within 10 business days from the date you received your order. The cost associated with returning your item(s) will not be reimbursed. I recommend purchasing insurance/tracking number for your return order as I am not responsible for any items lost in transit.
Once I receive your returned items in the mail, a refund or store credit (whichever applies) will be issued, less the cost of shipping paid by you when the order was placed. If you received free shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges by mail: a $10 shipping fee will be applied on all exchanges.
For hygienic reasons, a number of our products cannot be returned or exchanged, including undergarments (e.g. underwear, tights, swimwear)
