Can I Phone in my Order?
Currently we are unable to accept orders over the phone
How do I use Promotion Codes?
Standard promotion will be automatically applied to orders.
Coupon or Special promotions will have codes that are emailed to Email Subscribers
Enter the discount code when checking out to get discounts
All coupons can only be used once, check coupon for more details.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Savy account once payment is confirmed
Once payment is submitted you cannot change items paid for or payment methods, however if you choose to cancel your order it cannot be re-instated.
Once an order is received and you change your mind please contact our team within 48 hours to process applicable refunds or return.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it in accordance to our Terms & Conditions.
Returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days after the original purchase date and returned to our processing center.
Original invoice must accompany all returned merchandise in order for refund to be processed.
Online refunds will be made to the credit card, Interac, or PayPal account used in the original transaction. Underwear, Intimate Apparel, Toys,Custom made items are not eligible for returns.
All shipments to the United States are final sale because of duty and brokerage issues
Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund
Mail the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the merchandise you wish to return.
The customer is responsible for all fees for return shipping/handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.
