How do I use Promotion Codes?
Standard promotion will be automatically applied to orders.Coupon or Special promotions will have codes that are emailed to Savy Subscribers. Enter the discount code when checking out to get discounts. All coupons can only be used once, check coupon for more details.
You can check the status of your order by login in into your Savy account once payment is confirmed
Once payment is submitted you cannot change items paid for or payment methods, however if you choose to cancel your order it cannot be re-instated. Once an order is received and you change your mind please contact me within 48 hour to process applicable refunds or return.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Once it's been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 5 more business days UNLESS otherwise stated.

Yes, please select pickup at check out. This option is only available to residents of Ottawa ON & Gatineau QC

No, most items never restock so we suggest to buy all of the items that you love before they sell out!
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it in accordance to our Terms & Conditions.
Returns must be postmarked no later than 20 days after the original purchase date . Original invoice must accompany all returned merchandise in order for refund to be processed. In store exchanges are available at this time if merchandise is unworn. Online purchase refunds will be made to the credit card, Interac, or PayPal account used in the original transaction. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Merchandise purchased online may be returned or exchanged. We are, however, unable to accept return on custom made merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund
Mail the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the merchandise you wish to return.
The customer is responsible for all fees for return shipping/handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.
